Pool associations have been around for 50 years. They provide many benefits to a pool service technician including: sick coverage, medical and liability insurance, education, networking and more. If you are unable to work your route if you get sick, the association will cover your route. If you do the unthinkable and flood someones house, you are covered by the liability insurance.
